Shipping and Returns

At Milagro Baby Boutique, we do our best to ship your gifts as quickly as possible. Please note our shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there are multiple items purchased, all items will ship at the same time unless we are notified of a particular customer request.  Currently Milagro Baby Boutique ships within the 48 Continental United States only. 

SHIPPING:

Our shipping rates reflect the total price of the order. Please note that a shipping surcharge applies to certain items that exceed standard size and weight measurements. (If an item has an extra shipping surcharge it will be noted for your attention.)  

We ship out the majority of non-personalized gifts within 1 to 2 business days, many times the same day.  Special order and personalized items take longer to ship.  Painted items can take up to 2 weeks.  Standard shipments will arrive within 3-10 business days of shipment.  If you need your item (s) sooner please contact Customer Service to see if other arrangments can be made. 

We do not ship overseas, to PO Boxes or to APO addresses. 

Please provide a complete address to avoid reship fees.  Incorrect or incomplete ship to addresses will be charged a fee for correction, re-pick-up, reship if necessary, usually $10. The

Confirming your order and tracking shipments:  If you have provided a valid e-mail address with your order you will receive two e-mails. The first confirms your order. The second confirms your shipment.   

PAYMENTS:

Paypal: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express via Paypal.   

RETURNS:

Sorry, ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.

All returns must have an Return Authorization number (RA#) issued by our customer service department.  All returned packages must have the RA# clearly printed on the package or they will be refused.  All packages must be sent freight pre-paid (i.e. UPS) or they will be refused.  Returns must be received within 10 days of receipt of your order and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Any shipping fees incurred to return an item are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Personalized items ARE NOT RETURNABLE (Please make sure you check and re-check the spelling, color, etc. of all personalized items.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Defective Returns

All defective claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of product.  Defective products must be returned to us in original packaging with all accessories.  All defective items must have a piece of tape indicating the location of the flaw.   

Exchanges

Returned items will be exchanged for merchandise of equal value.  If item is returned for size or color exchange, it must be exchanged for an item of equal value, if need is for an item of higher value, payment must accompany returned item.  If you have any questions on these policies, please contact us at Customer Service
